Marriage Out of Community of Property INCLUDING the Accrual System

Same as “marriage out of community of property” (see below) but the inclusion of the “accrual system” which provides for a division of the increased value of the parties respective estates during the subsistence of the marriage.  Requires the conclusion of an ante-nuptial contract, with a Notary Public, before the marriage.
