GCM Legal offers services in matters where litigation is required; we have vast experience in all manner of Litigation.
Litigation is the process of initiating legal action through the Courts (or other institutions with designated powers) for any number of legal issues and/or laws, where relief (or resisting relief) is sought from the Courts. The process usually begins with a Summons or Notice of Motion.
We will litigate when other means of dispute resolution (e.g. negotiations; arbitration; etc.) have failed or are likely to fail. Litigation is applicable to almost all areas of law.
